Black Whole (“we”, “us”) is an AI-powered website builder at blackwhole.online that lets you describe a website in plain language and have it designed, built, and published for you. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in.

Content you create: your prompts, project files, and generated websites — this is the core of the service and is stored so your projects persist.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error diagnostics that help us keep the service fast and reliable.

Payment data: subscription and billing status. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.

When you use the builder, your prompts and project context are sent to the AI providers that power generation (our own hosted models, or a third-party provider you connect with your own API key). We use reputable providers and do not sell your content. If you connect your own provider key (“BYOK”), your requests go directly to that provider under their terms.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage infrastructure.
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• AI model providers — to generate your websites.
• Google AdSense — only if you consent to advertising cookies.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our pages.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on some of our public pages. Google uses cookies — including the DoubleClick advertising cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. This means Google and its partners may show you personalized advertising based on your browsing activity.

Advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie consent banner, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time via the cookie settings link in our footer, which stops personalized advertising on this site going forward.

We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, scope database access per user, and verify bot-protection tokens server-side. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

We keep your account and projects for as long as your account is active. You can delete projects at any time; deleting your account removes your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or billing purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@blackwhole.online and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Black Whole is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and the “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
