Black Whole is an AI-powered website builder. You describe what you want in plain language; our agents design, write, and publish the website for you. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Black Whole.

You agree not to use Black Whole to:

• Build or publish anything illegal, fraudulent, or infringing.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam.
• Harass, defame, or harm others.
• Probe, attack, or overload our infrastructure or other users' sites.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice for serious abuse.

Websites produced by our AI are generated from your prompts and public training data. You own the sites you create with Black Whole and may use them commercially, subject to any third-party licenses (fonts, images, libraries) included in the output.

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish — text, claims, images, and code — before sharing it with the world.

Black Whole offers free and paid plans (Free, Pro and Premium). Every plan includes a monthly allotment of build credits; runs are charged in credits as they complete, and failed runs are refunded automatically. Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once spent, except where required by law.

If you connect your own provider API key (“BYOK”), that provider bills you directly under their terms; we are not responsible for their charges.

We work hard to keep Black Whole fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves, and will give reasonable notice for material removals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Whole is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Black Whole and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for prolonged inactivity on free accounts, with reasonable notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
